Shannon’s career began in San Francisco as a designer at CKS | Partners where she designed the identity for Pixar Animations Studios, a series of posters for Apple and an extensive packaging system for Sears Craftsman. Upon moving to New York, she art-directed brand films for American Express and Bayer and developed an image campaign for The American Craft Museum that included both indoor and outdoor environmental design elements. She helped build and manage the creative department at Urban Box Office and was the Design Director for Candide Media Works where she collaborated with journalists and documentary filmmakers to extend their stories to the web. Her work has been featured in numerous design publications and has won several industry awards. Shannon received her BFA from the Academy of Art in San Francisco.
